Definition of the cover provided under SHIELD
Electrical/Mechanical breakdown
The actual breaking or burning out of any covered component causing stoppage of normal operation and necessitating immediate repair or replacement before normal operation can be resumed. This cover will be identical to the manufacturers warranty.
Theft and Accidental Damage
Sudden and unforeseen theft or damage (i.e. in consequence of being dropped or run over by a vehicle, water logged or similar incidences) to the Equipment during the period of Insurance.

SHIELD is offered to all customers buying new mobile phones or laptop from retail stores
Customer pays additional premium to get SHIELD protection for the Instrument
The store captures and registers the customer details through the registration slips and passes on the same to Mobileshoppee along with the copy of Invoice for fulfilling the complete sales process
How to get insurance policy ?
The procedure is very simple.
Make transfer of payment of amount as specified above in accordance to your Invoice & Price Band, forward us details by Mail / Fax. / Telephone and we will dispatch Insurance Policy to your specified address.
