| Q. What insurance cover do I receive? |
| As a customer of Secure Value, you will be offered insurance cover against. Theft and Accidental Damage for 12 months on New
Wrist Watches and Cameras under this policy. This insurance cover provides complete protection to you against any unforeseen Theft or
Accidental Damage of the Watches/Cameras, and covers both parts and labor. Some exclusion applies, such as the battery and straps. |

| Q. When does the insurance cover
start? |
| In the case of optional Theft and Accidental Damage insurance cover, it
start from the time that you purchase your Watch/Camera and pay the relevant insuarnce premium, and lasts for a full 12 months. |

| Q. What do I do if
my watch / camera Breaks Down / Damaged or stolen? |
| In the case of Accidental
Damage, simply go to an authorized repair centre of respective brand or phone the WA claims helpline on phone no. 011-30908346
In the case
of Theft, contact the police to obtain an F.I.R for Cognizable offence. Then contact the above Phone no. for help with processing your
claim.

| Yes, it is fully insured by
United India insurance Company of India.
Under what conditions will the watch/ camera be replaced?
When the cost of repair is beyond
the original value of the Watch/Camera in the event of breakdown or Accidental Damage
Or if the Watch/Camera is stolen

replacement value will I get? |
| You will be compensated at a percentage of
invoice value as follows:
Watches/Cameras up to 3 months old at time of claim
# Up to 90% of new retail
price
Watches/Cameras over 3 months but up to 6 months old at time of claim
# Up to 70% of new retail price
Watches/Cameras
over 6 months old but under 12 months old at time of claim
# Up to 50%of new retail price
Client has to pay depreciation charges in
repair works as per the above slabs.
