Dual SIM Tray is not working with BSNL-AIRTEL Combination on Nokia
6030 and 1600
I have tried with Dual SIM (Both SIM of AIRTEl maharashtra) card in 6030 and 1600 Handset, It is working Fine.
Now I want to use 6030 or 1600 hanset with SIM Card 1. BSNL 2. AITTEL (maharashtra)
I have tried but "SIM Card Rejected"message populated on hand set. Please Suggest solution so that i can use dual SIM card Tray for BSNL

This is with reference to my Secure Policy No. TD000729 which I took on 03/04/07. Unfortunately, I lost my Nokia N73M on 17/04/07. I have send my claim to your Noida office and also a written complaint to Agrani Convergence Ltd., Mumbai BUT all in vain. Nobody has taken any action regarding the same till date.
Kindly note this as Urgent and Important to process immediately.

Hi,
Please donot take HUTCH connection if you are in Karnatka, especially in Banglore. They come up with new offers to attract customers. Customers service is pathetic, your bill will have all unnecessary charges. Please make sure that you properly check the totals, else you may end up paying more. My suggestion would be never get a new HUTCH connection. If you are a existing Hutch customer, go for an alternative network.

I had purchased my Nokia Mobile phone (6270) on 10.06.06 from Skyline Communication, 2/1A, Ekdalia Road, Kolkata 700 019 (India). But all of a sudden in the last part of October 06 I started facing problem in my handset. It started showing: Phone restricted, Enter restriction code, Accept without SIM Card? SIM Registration failed etc. I spoke to the dealer from whom I had purchased and he told me to give it to the Nokia Servicing Centre for software update. I gave my handset to Nokia Care, City Centre, Salt Lake, Kolkata, India on 09.11.06 and got the same back on 16.11.06 but I was horrified to see my MiniSD Card (512 MB) missing from the set. I complained them but in vain. This is not expected from a renowned company like yours.. Moreover, the set has been returned to me with the same problem as earlier. "I would like to make everybody aware about the fraud and cheating that is taking place at NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE(HCL INFINET)at District Center, Janak Puri, New Delhi. They proclaim to be only ISO 2001 9000 certified service center in India yet last month when I went there to get my h/set repaired,it took me over six hours to get my turn to move to the counter. Now my h/set, 6100 was under warranty. It was working fine except for the fact that it was switching off occasionally which was duly conveyed to the recieving counter staff. A few days later I was told that the set was liquid damage and could not be repaired under warranty and that I will have to pay them Rs 800/- for repair. On contesting the same, they returned my h/set in a dead condition. When I tried to get it repaired from another service center, I was told that Nokia care center at Janak Puri has still not closed the account. Actually, they did not want that I should be able to get it repair elsewhere so they had deliberately not closed the account. Finally, on opening the h/set at home it was discovered that the battery connectors connection was severed and only needed to be joined again. Since then, the set is working absouletly fine as ever before. Also, of note, I found that at the service center, they were telling most of the customer whose sets were under warranty as liquid damage case so that they could cheat them as they tried to do in my case."

"It has been a month since I bought Motorola SLVR L7. I liked the slim looks and wanted a phone which had Bluetooth, a camera/video, and an external memory card for a reasonable price. It seemed the L7 @ Rs 8500 was a good buy. But...
Two days after purchase, the phone suddenly hung. I switched off and on, nothing. I removed the back cover, pulled out the battery, inserted it again, and only then did it start working.
It has a digital audio player so I transferred some MP3s from my laptop to the memory card via bluetooth. It worked fine for a few days, then suddenly I got the message that the memory card could not be accessed. I took it to the Motorola service centre and the technician told me that because I had used Bluetooth the MC got infected and corrupted. A replacement MC was unavailable for almost 15 days. Finally, I got one, and this time used the data cable to transfer the music. After transferring 3 songs it said no memory was available. Corrupted again! I took the card out and now the phone memory is available but not adequate for more than one MP3 file. I went back to the service centre and there I found it to be so crowded with only one very polite but overstretched technician handling more than 20 complaints an hour, that I left. I observed most of the handsets being brought in were the SLVR models. I now regret buying this phone and should have paid a little more and remained faithful to Sony Ericsson.
The L7 cannot even give the area information that the service provider broadcasts free and something which even the cheapest of Nokia cellphones can display.
Any one else who has compalints about the L7? I d be interested in finding out."

"I have recently got myself a SAMSUNG D-820.Its a very stylish and slim Slider phone. Undoubdtly, SAMSUNG produces the most good looking and compact phones. Its LCD display quality is excellent which makes its 1.3M pixel camera output look much better than 2.0 M pixel of its costlier counterparts.But the camera zoom is not as per the expectations. Yes.. once you click the photo you can zoom it to upto 16 times. The earpiece and speakerphone clarity is amazing..
It has a 2 way Voice clarity filter which filters the background noice and gives crystal clear sound to you as well as the person you are talking to. It has dual steriophonic speakers with 3D surround.. but the volume is not too high. This problem can be taken care of by using company supplied sterio headsets.
The set has all the features that is found in any high end phone.
The biggest limitation it has is its battery backup... It lasts for about 2.5 days(continuously without a switch off) if i only talk.Continuous Talktime is about 5.5 hours.When i use the MP3 player is lasts for about 1.5 hours (coontinuous). The Video player is so so... we cant get full screen vedio playback.
it has 73 mb of internal mamory out of which 4 mb is Java shared memeory.It employs a MicroSD memory card which is very small in size. I got a free 128 mb card with the pack. The slider mechanism is not very smooth but you can overcome this with some practice. Overall I would rate this phone at 8 on a 10 point scale. Not bad......"

I dont think it is my handset problem because people having BPL with other handsets have had the same experience. i have been hesitant to change the service provider because my number will change. but now it looks like i have no other option. " Hi, this one really bugs me. I am an Airtel subscriber in Karnataka, and every now and then I receive an automated call from Airtel explaining me about caller tunes, telling me to discard the "old and boring" tring tring and embrace songs to greet the callers. Call charges are Rs 6 per minute and monthly rental Rs 30. I feel this is totally waste of money and i will never opt for this service. Sometimes i will be in a meeting, riding a bike, driving a car, having lunch/dinner and doing some very personal things and i receive this call, this irritates me like anything. I have called up the customer care several times and registered my complaints, i have even told them i will complain to the higher authorities and they say I can do as I wish!! This shows that Airtel has total disregard for the Courts ruling and continues with its menacing acts. Is there no one whom i can complain to?? why are subscribes being taken for a ride, why are we receiving such totally unsolicited calls? Are subscribes totally helpless in this regard, if u people can help me in this regard, i will be eternally grateful to you. Thanking you in advance for any help u can offer."

"hi,i m also one of the millions "nokia" fan.but i want to share my disaster xperience with Nokia 7710, although the ph is gud but general purpose usage and that too in typical indian lifestyle...this handset dosent fit. I am in construction business and being at management level i had to made atleast 50 calls in a day. but after i bought Nokia 7710, my life got miserable, this handset literally harrased me and forced me to sell it within 5 days and i got back to my ol Nokia 6630. so, here is an advice for people of nokia loving my indians that dont always think that nokia means perfect, atleast think 10 times bfor u buy any handset. i lost 15K in a week.so pls nver use ph like N7710. thanks. regards"

" Hi! I am using Samsung R 220 model since 2 years. The voice clarity is excellant and Looks Elegant with nice keypad.The Backlight color is very good and Talk time/Standby Time are O.K. Only problem i am facing is very low phone book memory of 100 numbers. "I am currently residing in chennai & my parents are in Jaitpur Kalan, Agra, UP. I am facing some more problems related to mobile service. First 2-3 calls always go waste. Reason can be
- CALL is established but either caller/callee cant here other.
- CALL is established but Voice will not come proper even when Mobile equipment is displaying full signals connectivity.
So many problems we are facing for the Calls to those places. Subscriber has to pay extra charges for first 2-3 calls. After that it start working fine.
I want to say, if really there is a problem, it should not work any way but the thing is after paying some extra call charges you will be able to talk. This is not the case with BSNL only. Most of service providers are doing the same.
In last, i want to say only that CAN WE DO SOMTHING FOR THIS PROBLEM BY YOUR MEDIUM."

One of my friend is using SonyEricsson P910i. but ultimately I bought O2 XDA II mini and I am really happy with my decision. It is a sleek phone with very big screen. It is almost a computer with Intel processor, 64 MB RAM and Windows OS for mobile. Apart from this I can access internet and e-mails easily. I think O2 is class apart."
